Afterimage
$2,150.00
In Afterimage, vertical trunks remain steady while the surrounding field vibrates with residual warmth. Gold tones gather behind the pale bark, as though light has just passed through and left its imprint. The image feels suspended in the echo of an earlier intensity.
Edges are softened but not erased. The forest appears both present and remembered, holding a trace of movement within stillness. Robert allows color to linger without overwhelming structure, creating a composition that feels reflective rather than immediate.
